The Wellbeing Journey is a course we will be running for the next 3 months, it is a new series exploring holistic wellness: body, soul and spirit. It's based around 6 key areas of wellbeing – physical, emotional. spiritual, relational, financial and vocational, which are covered over 8 episodes. The book “God’s Plan for Your Wellbeing” that accompanies the course is no longer available directly from us, however, you can still find it online.
The course will start on running on Tuesday 19th (19:45-21:00) and Wednesday 20th (20:00-21:15) on Zoom, so please choose a night that works best for you.
