 Privacy Notice (“The Big Weekend 4th-6th April 2025”)

Under Data Protection legislation for the purpose of this weekend, the Trustees of the Churches are the joint Data Controllers.
We are collecting this information solely for the purpose of enabling the weekend to run safely and securely.
The information you supply will be held either electronically on the Overflow Church secure website or password protected computer or, if submitted in hard copy, after the information is transferred to electronic format, the paper copy will be destroyed. All such information will be kept in line with our data protection policy, and not kept for longer than required.

By completing our booking form, you are consenting to your personal information and/or that of the child or young person named below, being used for this purpose.
If you are completing a booking on behalf of a child or young person, please be aware that their personal information and your contact details will be shared with Adventures with Jesus (running children's programme) and youth workers (these maybe from another church other than HBC or Overflow Church), who have been appointed by the Churches to run the youth programme for the weekend.  Everyone doing children and youth ministry, have been vetted, hold appropriate Safeguarding certification and will abide by the Churches’ respective policies.  For more details of Adventures with Jesus please click here
