Booking and Cancellation Policy for The Big Weekend Away: 

If you find you are unable to go, please let us know via email at office@overflowchurch.org.uk or call us as soon as you can, as it may be possible to reallocate your place(s). 

• Changes to bookings like cancellations will incur admin charge of £20 per adult and £10 per child/ young person. 
• Deposit and booking fees are non - refundable after 4th March 2025.
• Deposit is due within 2 weeks of receiving confirmation email.
• Full payment is to be paid by 4th March 2025 failure to pay by this date may result in your booking being cancelled and losing your deposit.
• Booking after 4th March 2025 must be paid in full and will include a late booking fee of £15.

To make it easy for people to pay there are the following payment options

• Option A Pay in full (within 2 weeks of booking being confirmed)
• Option B Pay deposit of £20 per adult (£10 per child/young person) (within 2 weeks of booking being confirmed) and the balance paid by 4th March 2025
• Option C Pay monthly instalments with last instalment being received before the 4th March 2025.  Your first payment will be based on £20 per adult and £10 per child/young person.

For spaces where the church is giving extra financial support, the amount to be paid will be agreed upon before any money is taken and before booking is confirmed.  The above payment options will then apply once you have received email confirmation of how much you will be contributing and how much the church will be covering.
