God has a plan for you 

In this restricted and changing season it can feel like where is God and does he still have a plan?  Below is a poem written by Millie during the first lock down, her poem is Inspired by Jeremiah 29 v11.   Our pray is as you read Millie's poem you will find encouragement and hope that God does still have a plan.

He is for you

He placed the stars in the sky
Knitted your bones together
Sang over you before you were born
He wrote a story just about you

He set the sea into motion
Set a path for you’re life
Laid every step out
He cares about you

But you may be asking where is he,

He is doing miracles and wonders,
Painting a masterpiece with ashes
Calling you by name
Singing over you

He loves you

He is holding your hand and will never let go
like an infant gripping onto their father
He is making a way when there is no way
Parting seas
Creating beauty with ashes
Miracles and wonders

But he doesn’t stop there

He is a loving and gracious God
His love is over-flowing
His arms are wide open
His love covers you like a snuggly blanket
He holds you tight
He whispers through the wind and storms

But he doesn’t stop

He has a plan for you
God is working in your life
Working in the dark when there seems no light
He is there in the storms
The laughter, the crying

In your trials and triumphs
Working wonders
And he holds your hand through it all

He said “For I know the plans I have for you “ Declares the lord” plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future”
