Consent Form
You can download the consent form below, please either email a copy to Paul Stevens or drop off a paper copy at TNT. Please note this is only for under 16s who would like to serve on team at the event. Any volunteers will be needed at Hoole Primary School by 13:15, to setup and have a briefing. Once people begin to arrive, you will then be stewarding people to their seats. Stewards will have to wear masks. Once the event has begun, you can either sit with your family or sit with the youth leaders. After the event, you can leave with your family/arrange to be picked up as soon as the event ends, set down help will not be needed.
